Bison Records is an independent blues/rock label located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Formed 9/9/1999 by Jack Daniels Baker and Bill Pitcock IV as a way to gt their music released to the world via MP3.com and other various distribution means. The current roster on Bison Records features our premiere blues/rock artist Danny Baker with two new releases currently out entitled Mama`s Cookin`/Danny Baker, and The Blues Are Dangerous/The Danny Baker Band. Robert Combs is our Pop/Rock artist with his current release called Mother America/Robert Combs. Our Jazz/Fusion Artist is Rick Morrow with his debut release also on Bison Records entitled Hard To Be/ Rick Morrow. Our future releases coming this fall will be Danny Baker`s new CD entitled Whirlwind, Junior Markhams new blues album entitled The Tulsa Tornado, Tommy Tripplehorn`s first solo CD, Dae Edwards first new album, Bill Pitcock Iv`s first Album, and a release of Bob Wills Live Recordings from 1962 and 1963(See news release at www.BisonRecords.com). Our main focus is on original material. We are published by Buddy Jack Music BMI and Jack Daniels Baker is the CEO/Owner, Bill Pitcock IV is Vice President/Technical Operations Director. Bison Records also offers great deals for other labels and artists in the way of offering CD Manufacturing, Artwork Graphics, CD Replication, Shrink Wrapping, a full scale label.
